The follow up cassette release to the "Paper Tape" and "Music for Surveyors," Title One's "Music for The Family Fallout Shelter" was recorded by the band to a Tascam 4-track cassette machine. For this third cassette, song structures became more complex while subject matter continued to explore themes of observed happenstance, situational humor, disillusionment, sibling rivalry, and counting.

Track 3 was a sound that happened to be captured through a Sovtek Mig-60 guitar head while mic placement and guitar levels were being set during the tracking process.
Track 11 features an argument between the Buckner brothers about the song's structure while Jim kindly waits for the madness to end.
Jim endured lots of instances such as this.

This download includes a PDF of the source material for the cassette's artwork. "The Family Fallout Shelter" (MP-15) was released in June 1959 by the Office of Civil and Defense Mobilization. It was originally received by Eric and Brandon's grandparents and was apparently deemed worthy of keeping around.
